I am in love with plans. So here, in a separate post, is my fitness plan:
FITNESS PLAN:
Sun: Alt Day Off A: 30 min run, Yoga, Plank (for abs)
Mon: Strength, 20 min run no resistance (or steps or bicycle option), Yoga
Tues: 30 min run with resistance program, Yoga, Plank (for abs)
Wed: Alt. Day Off B: Strength, 20 min run (or steps or bicycle option), Yoga
Thurs: Alt. Day Off B: 30 min run, Yoga, Plank (for abs)
Fri: Strength, 20 min run (or steps or bicycle option), Yoga
Sat: Alt. Day Off A: Rest day: Yoga, Plank, Balance games
UPDATE: I've decided to have two rest days. Either Sat or Sun for 1st day. Weds or Thurs for the 2nd day.
STRENGTH:
Single leg extension (10)
Push up and side plank (6) Yikes! :)
Torso Twists (6)
Jackknife (10)
Single Leg Twist (20)
Sideways Leg Twist (10) (hasn't allowed me to upgrade yet)
Plank (60 secs) (Love this one. This is like the tree pose in Yoga)
Tricep Extension with 3lb weight (10)
