WII Fit Stats- Thurs

Weight: ~136.7
Run: 2.138mi|20mins|2**|no resistance
Yoga: I just picked a few random ones after the run

Feedback: This morning I had motivation but not enough sleep. I just couldn't turn the brain off last night.
I shut off the program and just jogged at level 1 for 20 mins. I am torn between continuing to do that for a couple of weeks just to get my base fitness up a little. But I'm just not tired enough. Hmmm- but if it still helped get the running muscles back...? It must do something?
