Prog 3 was tough/I was at resistance 7 for a long time. Had the worst results (unranked). LOL. It will be interesting to see how I improve at this one.
Yoga with socks- bad idea. I am so bad at yoga in general, I must say. Day 3 and I've about given up hope. you know what it is- my form has gotten worse instead of better. I'm going to give it 4 weeks and see how I feel then.
UPDATE THURSDAY: I went home last night (Wed) and crashed in front of the evil box. My mind was rebelling from being so productive. Stayed up late. what a mess. But today (thurs) is better. Back on track and motivated again.
