I wanted to post the reason why I started working out again. Somehow, over my weekend off, I kind of forgot all about it.

74 year old body builder
Her story attacks both my problems:
"It's too late" [uhh, obviously not].
"I can do it later" [hey, if a 74 year old can get off the couch, obviously I can too].
At 6AM in the morning, I .....SOME DAY...
"want to run 3 miles in 20 mins"
"run a marathon"
"complete a triathalon"
.................................just aren't all that inspiring.
"I want my body back": This motivates me.
And she gives me hope/proof that it can happen.
