My husband and sister share similar viewpoints- if I've finished writing the story, it's time to put it out there.
I hesitate because what if book 2 needs something to be desperately different in book 1. But maybe it's right. I'm still trapped in wanting things to be perfect before I jump off the ledge.
But maybe it's time to take a risk; let the writing be out there for better or worse.
Time to revise and make book 1 a book.
